Out of that friendship, an idea was formed to put our experience, talents and passions together to build a successful business. That, together with the relationships we build with our customers, suppliers and staff, is the hallmark of how we do business.
Drone technology is an exciting field to be involved in right now. It is advancing in leaps and bounds, mainly due to the advances in computer hardware and software. As a result, the ability to improve on efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety of almost any type of industry is growing exponentially. It is our goal to grow and evolve with the advances in this technology. In so doing, we will be able to offer you, our customers, a product that isn’t stagnant, but is one that will adapt to the changes in your business and the new technology available.
MARK BOORMAN
Director - Business Lead
Mark has been immersed in the aviation industry for the last 38 years. Starting his career in the South African Airforce, he qualified as an Air Traffic Controller, and this was carried forward to a number of years service as a civilian Air Traffic Controller. Mark was an ATC instructor and designated examiner during this time, as well as serving as the Officer-in-charge of the Pietermaritzburg ATC centre.
Mark’s first love was always flying, so in 2001 he made a career change to become a full time commercial pilot. As a pilot, Mark has experienced bush flying in Botswana, flying the Boeing 737 for an airline in Johannesburg, and ultimately to flying the massive Airbus A380 as a Captain for Emirates Airline in Dubai. In recent years, Mark and his family moved to New Zealand where he was employed by Jetstar, initially on the Regional fleet, and then on the Airbus A320. Fascinated by all things aviation related, Mark has found the rapidly developing drone technology, a fulfilling extension of his long career in aviation.
BRETT CHRISTIAN
Director - Tech Lead
Originally from Zimbabwe, Brett started his 25 year aviation career as an Aircraft Technician before realising his dream of becoming a pilot.

Brett's career as a Commercial Pilot has taken him and his family all over the world. From bush flying in southern Africa and the Okavango Delta to Cargo runs in West Africa, Corporate VIP charters as well as Oil and Gas operations. More recently, Brett has been conducting Aeromedical work in the Southern Pacific Region and was a Captain with a New Zealand based Airline.

Brett's other passion is all things tech! Everywhere he has flown he has written apps to help with day to day operations. He continues this trend with an app in development for our entire operation.

With these two passions, drones have become a natural fit. This venture is the next evolution in Brett's 25 year career.
